February 2025 - FCC Volunteers at NJ Special Olympics Bowling event

On Saturday February 1st, Fundación Caimito City had the incredible honor of volunteering at the Special Olympics Bowling Competition, and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was filled with excitement, determination, and pure joy.

We had the privilege of cheering on these amazing athletes as they showcased their skills, perseverance, and sportsmanship. The energy in the room was contagious, with every strike, spare, and even missed pin met with enthusiastic applause and encouragement. Seeing the smiles on the athletes' faces and sharing in their accomplishments was truly heartwarming.

Beyond the competition itself, the event was a beautiful reminder of the power of inclusion, teamwork, and community. We laughed, high-fived, and celebrated every moment, knowing that this is what true sportsmanship and unity look like.

We are incredibly grateful to the Special Olympics of NJ for allowing us to be part of this wonderful event, and to all the athletes who inspired us with their determination and joy. Thank you to our amazing volunteers for bringing their enthusiasm and support—it was a day filled with love, fun, and unforgettable memories!
