August 2022 - School Supplies Donations

The Caimito City Foundation CONTINUES to be committed to education in our Caimito. As we have done for the last 9 years, the FCC donates backpack and school supplies to as many school age kids as we can. This year, our goal was to donate backpacks and school supplies to 125 children in the community. Due to the generosity of our main sponsors for this event, Ricardo (Lenin) and Isabela Piña, from the ministry "Rick & Isabella Pina Ministries", we were able to donate backpacks along with school supplies to 150 children. Their generous contribution enable us to surpass of goal!

We also want to thank the people who were in charge of the coordination and delivery of school supplies and the group of volunteers that assisted in this great activity. Special thanks go out to Angela Céspedes, Bertico Fernandez, Raul and Desire Almanzar along with their family, Lenin and Isabela Piña along with their family, Afadaquis (Nonoy), Alexandra, Daruin, and the rest of the volunteers. Activities like these would not be possible without the help and support of these amazing people. Your generosity shows our kids that they have a support system in place that will be there to guide them towards their bright future.
